Our Verdict
Based on our scoring, the BenQ W2720i 4K Smart Projector comes out on top with an overall score of 9.3/10. The BenQ W2720i integrates Google TV natively — no dongle, no separate remote. The 4K DLP engine delivers excellent on-screen performance with DCI-P3 coverage and native 4K resolution. BenQ's CinematicColor technology provides accurate out-of-box calibration. The inclusion of Filmmaker Mode (which disables post-processing for an accurate, director-intended image) makes it particularly compelling for cinephiles. At 2200 lumens it requires a darker room, but the tradeoff is deeper native contrast compared to brighter 3LCD projectors.
